Audit Specialist

  •  Position statement:
    1. Audit the Group's business performance, financial conditions, and other management work. 
    2. Assist to compile internal audit plans. 
    3. Standardize financial accounting, audit financial statements, and check budget and financial accounts. 
    4. Check management systems and processes, take responsibilities for incumbent audit and off-line audit, and supervise decision-makings. 
    5. Collect and classify audit evidence, and compile audit working papers. 
    6. Draft audit reports, disclose problems, and put forward improvement suggestions and decision bases.

Treasury Specialist

  •  Position statement:
    1. Familiar with financing policies, financing channels, and financing methods of different banks. 
    2. Prepare the basic data of credit lines based on requirements of leaders and banks, and supplement data if necessary. 
    3. Report financing projects, and assist in contract review and follow-up formalities. After approval, sign contracts with banks and carry out specific operations including mortgage register in Land and Resources Bureau.

Assistant of Cost Contract Director

  •  Position statement:
    1. Check construction budget and final accounts, and audit the construction budget and final accounts of subordinate companies. 
    2. Control budget cost, announce budget, and inspect budget performance. 
    3. Assist the director to carry out a whole control over the cost of relevant projects. 
    4. Draft the Group's cost management system.

Construction Cost Estimator

  • Position statement:
    1. Organize development projects, and estimate the budget for construction drawings. 
    2. Check the final accounts and audit of development projects. 
    3. Get involved in engineering construction, material and equipment bids, and investment control. 
    4. Check the objects in bids and contract terms. 
    5. Inspect and make inquiries of materials and equipment, and control the raw material purchasing. 
    6. Check design papers, follow the progress of construction sites, and discover problems in time. 
    7. Continuously establish and improve the final account system of construction projects. 
    Qualifications: 
    1. A bachelor's degree or above in construction engineering, cost of construction, and budgeting, and an estimator or certified cost estimator qualification. 
    2. Candidates experienced in construction budget, final accounts, and project management preferred. 
    3. Specialized knowledge in construction budget, final accounts, and project management. 
    4. Mastery of new technologies, and familiar with new materials and domestic engineering cost dynamics. 
    5. A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
