Position statement:
1. Check construction budget and final accounts, and audit the construction budget and final accounts of subordinate companies.
2. Control budget cost, announce budget, and inspect budget performance.
3. Assist the director to carry out a whole control over the cost of relevant projects.
4. Draft the Group's cost management system.
5. Draft construction contracts and make negotiations.
6. Take responsibility for project bid and tender.
7. Implement other tasks arranged by the sector director.
Qualifications:
1. Over five years of experience in engineering cost, cost analysis, construction budget and final accounts (civil engineering and installation included).
2. Specialized knowledge in engineering cost, preliminary budget quota, and budgeting software, familiar with market price of building materials, and abilities to control development cost of engineering projects during the whole process.
