Position statement:
1. Familiar with financing policies, financing channels, and financing methods of different banks.
2. Prepare the basic data of credit lines based on requirements of leaders and banks, and supplement data if necessary.
3. Report financing projects, and assist in contract review and follow-up formalities. After approval, sign contracts with banks and carry out specific operations including mortgage register in Land and Resources Bureau.
4. Manage files including credit information, loan contract, and standing book record upon loan.
5. Cooperate with other sectors and support their work.
6. Complete other jobs arranged by leaders.
Qualifications:
