The Establishment of Li Weibo Charitable Foundation Is Approved

On November 7, the Li Weibo Charitable Foundation was approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and was formally established. The Li Weibo Charitable Foundation is a non-public offering charitable foundation, and its initial fund is two million Yuan, a one-time donation from Mr. Li Weibo, Chairman of Glory Harvest Group. 

The Foundation adheres to the principle of "Develop a modern charity with Chinese characteristics, give full play to enterprise social responsibilities, and promote harmonious social progress". It is committed to the following: investing in education, medical treatment and environmental protection; poverty relief and disaster relief; investing in promotion of charities and volunteer work; and investing in charity publications. 

Mr. Li Weibo has always been following the principal of "Sharing love, pay back the society and give full play to responsibilities", and plays an actively role in charities. Chairman Li has donated a total of 50 million Yuan to Shenzhen and Hong Kong for charitable causes during the past few years. The money was used to help dropouts, poor students, the disabled, widowers, widows and many more, and was used for education, health care, environmental protection, poverty alleviation, disaster relief and other purposes. Due to his passion in charities and the ambition to promote the development of charities, Mr. Li Weibo launched the Shenzhen Li Weibo Charitable Foundation. 

The establishment of the Li Weibo Charitable Foundation will help influence the public through Mr. Li Weibo's personal charitable deeds, strength the public's sense of charity and attract more persons into the charitable sector, thus spreading love in China.
