On November 14th, Chairman Li Weibo led the entire team of the Planning and Design Department on a visit to Orientfunds Precast Limited where they will focus on understanding precast concrete samples and the product assembly line.  

At the conference, Chairman Li conducted an in-depth communication with Huang Lizhong, the factory director of Orientfunds Precast Limited on the production costs, production process, construction technology, market prospect and other relevant issues of precast concrete technology. Chairman Li said that he was very optimistic about the market prospect of construction prefabrication, and hoped to vigorously push forward the utilization and implementation of precast technology of construction materials in the Group's projects. Both sides expressed great expectation on future exchange and cooperation. 

Precast concrete refers to such things as mass produced staircases, balconies, roofs and walls made on a factory's assembly line that are then transported to a construction site for assembly and installation. It is like playing with building blocks, you can assemble tall buildings one after another. Compared to traditional construction methods, precast concrete technology is more efficient, has higher quality, wastes less resources, and has less of an environmental impact, among other advantages. It is a growing trend in today's construction industry.
