On October 30, a ceremony featuring the officials of Luohu District Government, the regional vice president and the general manager of China Resources (Shenzhen) Xiaokai Kong, the general manager of China Resources Land (Shenzhen) Ltd Long Zhao, Glory Harvest’s chairman Weibo Li and his senior executive team was held at Zense Hotel to celebrate the debut of Glory Harvest University as a strategic partner with China Resources.

In the inaugural ceremony of Glory Harvest University, the university chairman Zheng Liu gave a speech saying that the university is an advancement and integration of the talent training system of Glory Harvest Group and will act as a guarantee for future strategic development. After the speech, the university’s honorary chairman Weibo Li, the university chairman Zheng Liu, the officials from Luohu District Government, and the vice president Xiaokai Kong simultaneously pressed the inaugural ball. Chairman Li and the officials from Luohu District Government unveiled the name plaque of the university. 

Following the inaugural ceremony of the university is the strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Glory Harvest Group and China Resources. The general manager of Shenzhen Glory Harvest Real Estate Co., Ltd. Zheng Liu said that Zhubian Urban Renewal Project covers an area of 36,000 square meters with easy access to the transportation, but the project is challenged by a low land utilization and a serious lack of municipal facilities. He expressed that Glory Harvest Group and China Resources will have their respective advantages complementary to each other and make the project a fashion-and-consumption-based urban complex that accommodates offices, hotels, and residential buildings. The vice president Xiaokai Kong expressed his earnest wish for this cooperation and pointed out that China Resources Land (Shenzhen) Ltd. has abundant experience in renewal projects. He hoped that this cooperation will combine the real estate operation advantages of China Resources and the resource advantages of Glory Harvest to achieve a multiple-win results among the government, enterprises and proprietors. In the ceremony, Chairman Li and the Mr. Kong signed the strategic cooperation agreement, opening a new chapter for future development of both parties.

The officials of Luohu District Government expressed their congratulations to the debut of Glory Harvest University and the strategic cooperation between Glory Harvest Group and China Resource, and fully recognized Chairman Li's enthusiasm toward public welfare projects and strong social responsibilities. The establishment of Glory Harvest University is a forward-looking step of Glory Harvest Group and the alliance between the two giants is important to both parties’ future development, which sets a good example for the urban renewal work in Luohu District. Over 100 guests were invited to the ceremony, including representatives of the group's partners Huawei, IBM, Oracle, CUHK Shenzhen Research Institute and proprietor representatives.
