The Training Trooping Ceremony Granted The Flag 

The first stage of graduate training was completed on August 15^th, including career readiness workshops, business etiquette courses and team building activities.

On August 4, the graduates induction of Glory Harvest Group was held in Zense Hotel. Group’s chairman Weibo Li, COO Zheng Liu, Vice President Xigen Huang and senior executives from various departments and subsidiaries attended the induction to welcome 35 new staff. At the meeting, Chairman Li said that Glory Harvest a good platform which is full of opportunities and he encouraged the new staff to take a down-to earth attitude.  Mr. Liu emphasized it is not necessary to be the most intelligent to survive, but the one who is most adaptable to changes would succeed. He encouraged new employees to be humble and open-minded to different opinions and forget about past glories.

On August 9 and 10, the graduates participated in the outdoor team building activities at Dongguan and completed all the tasks by collective wisdom, and good teamwork, which helped the graduates to know each other better.

Glory Harvest Group has always been keen on talent development. The training for 2014 fresh graduates is the concerted efforts by Glory Harvest University and group’s human resources department and includes class-based training and department rotations.
