The curriculum system is established based on the corporate development and position capability models of the Group and subsidiary corporations. In accordance with the model of "Four capabilities", namely, interpersonal communication skills, business management capabilities, leadership, and self-management skills, the University will arrange targeted courses for different management positions such as strategic officer, operating officer, middle manager, and grass-root manager. Vocational education is also customized for other positional levels. 

In addition, the training courses also include the Group's unique management concepts of "Seven management tools" and "Three management standards" as well as corporate culture lectures. Through these seven management tools and three management standards, we can better realize standardized, graphic and IT-based management. 

With the further development of Glory Harvest University, we will gradually set up an effective system of curriculum development and evaluation.
