Confirmation of training contents
Glory Harvest University carries out all the work based on the educational philosophy of "We use what we learn and we learn what we use" advocated by Chairman Li. The construction of talents training system should underpin corporate strategies, center on and simultaneously depend on the operation management system of the Group. The University should proceed from corporate strategies and build the training system around the competency model and core skills of various positions. To ensure the pertinence and operability of talents training, the University builds the whole training system closely related to the Group's capability evaluation system, performance management system, system of salary and welfare, staff development system, and system of organization and position. Selection of training objects
You might as well catch a monkey rather than teach a sheep to climb trees. Training yields productivity, and it is essential to select suitable trainees. Glory Harvest University aims to cultivate talents rather than just train them. Consequently, the University creates its own methodology to select trainees. Only by aligning staff's aptitude with the demands of the Group appropriately and selecting trainees in intended and targeted manners can the University foster talents who fit business needs. The major process of selecting training objects is shown as follows:
Construction of training facilities
Training facilities are the basis for training. The University can construct training bases according to the characteristics of the Group's four sectors, namely, mining, real estate, hotel, and tobacco. It is Glory Harvest Group's goal to establish the training base of tobacco plantation and scientific research, training base of mining machinery operation, hotel training practice base, and real estate case center in the next two to three years. Lecturers will adopt event video, 3D teaching method, and case study materials to assist training. Moreover, to enhance students' quality fostering, the University also develops long-term partnership with professional outdoor training agencies including Lange and West Point.

Establishment of performance evaluation system
The evaluation of training effect contains two levels. At the microscopic level, all the training programs should be evaluated from classroom effect, grasp of knowledge taught in class, and implementation conditions. At the macroscopic level, evaluation should be made in terms of the contribution of the University to the Group.
The training evaluation system can effectively reflect defects to be improved in the training, and bring the corporate university into full play. Correspondently, it is necessary to establish a series of effective performance evaluation solutions and utilize evaluation and data analysis tools to reflect training effect visually. In this way, Glory Harvest Group can create wealth for itself, the Group, and the whole society.
