On June 18th, Deputy District Mayor of Luohu District, Shenzhen, Ms. Zhuang Ruining, led a delegation of senior members of the district government on an educational visit to headquarters of the Glory Harvest Group. Here they were informed on the Group's corporate needs, and invited to make suggestions on how enterprises should go about solving problems. Group Chairman Mr. Li Weibo extended a warm welcome to Deputy Mayor Zhuang and the visiting delegates, and discussed the problems he has encountered in the course of the company's development. 

It is understood that, in order to strengthen the effectiveness of government services and help local businesses coordinate and solve any issues facing them now, the Luohu District Government has begun designating district-level leadership figures to carry out a series of information exchange events in order to better serve key enterprises in the area. As part of this policy, Deputy District Mayor Zhuang Ruining is now the Glory Harvest Group's main point of contact. 

Chairman Li gave Deputy District Mayor Zhuang a summary of the Glory Harvest Group's development over the years, whilst paying particular attention to the Group's numerous projects in Luohu District. The Group's operations cover mining, real estate, hotels and investment, and include a total of eight companies registered in Luohu District. In 2012, these contributed a total of 12.49 million yuan in tax, making it one of Luohu District's key enterprises. Chairman Li said that the unique business climate in Luohu District provided the Group with ample space for development, and that the Group's future is inextricably linked with the district government's efforts in guiding and assisting. For this he expressed his heartfelt gratitude. 

Deputy District Mayor Zhuang was full of praise for the Glory Harvest Group's achievements. She said that she had to express special thanks to Li Weibo for two aspects of the Group's contributions to Luohu. The first was in terms of economic development: Glory Harvest has promoted a number of improvements to Luohu's environment through its urban renewal projects; the Zense Hotel was also an outstanding example of enterprise management. The second was in terms of social responsibility. Mr. Li's contributions, far more than those of any other company, have helped to improve living conditions for hundreds of Luohu District's poor urban families - the spirit of charity has become reality. 
During the talks, the two sides not only reviewed the effectiveness of cooperation between government and private enterprise, but also discussed the practical problems of enterprise development. Deputy Mayor Zhuang listened attentively to the practical difficulties encountered by Glory Harvest management, and asked on the spot for relevant government departments to organize supervision, in order to suggest practical solutions.
