At the invitation of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Chairman Li Weibo and President Zhu Weili of Glory Harvest Group visited Hong Kong and met with Prof. Shen Zuyao, President of CUHK, Vice President Xu Yangsheng, Prof. Yang Gangkai of CW Chu College, Prof. Huang Jinhui of the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management (SEEM), Prof. Li Jinhan, Director of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, and Mr. Yao Kan, Chief Representative of CUHK Shenzhen Research Institute on December 16. 

During the meeting, Chairman Li was invited to give a speech. Chairman Li introduced the vision of the four core business sectors of Glory Harvest Group, and explained the management system which was based on his thirty years of entrepreneurship. The management system included seven parts, which are organizational structure, job responsibility, employee manual, policy & procedure, budget management, authorization management and performance management. Chairman Li emphasized that Glory Harvest Group’s long-term development needed a lot of outstanding talents. "As one of the top universities in China, CUHK is well known for its cultivation and delivery of top talents", said Chairman Li. "Therefore, Glory Harvest Group is much honored to make enterprise-university cooperation with CUHK and recruit outstanding graduates of CUHK." 

Prof. Shen and other representatives of CUHK appreciated Chairman Li’s donation to the Shenzhen Research Institute of CUHK, and acknowledged the human resources strategies of Glory Harvest Group. Prof. Shen said that CUHK was expecting the cooperation with Glory Harvest Group on cultivating talents for the Group’s hotel management, mining and company management. 

Mr. Li Guocheng, Director of the HR & Administration Department of Glory Harvest Group, Engineering Director Assitant Mr. Li Wenhua, Chairman Assistant Ms. Zhao Qianxia and President Secretary Ms. Li Fengju also attended the meeting.
