Exchange with experts from Orica
On December 7 to 14, Chairman Li Weibo and Group CEO Ms. Zhu Weili led the senior executives of subsidiary of Glory Harvest Group, Benxi Dataigou Mining Co., Ltd. to visit mine enterprises and equipment suppliers in Australia and had in-depth exchanges with foreign experts on matters such as mine design, mine construction and listing of the mine enterprises.
In Micro mine, Chairman Li and his party had in-depth discussion with local experts on the requirements of reserve evaluation and geological survey as well as the valuation method if a mine enterprise want to go listed. In Cementation, Chairman Li and his party discussed the cooperation matters in China with the company leaders, and conducted an in-depth research on the well drilling project of the Dataigou Iron Ore Mine.
On December 12, invited by leaders of CITIC Limited, Chairman Li and his party visited the Australian headquarters of CITIC Limited and its ore dressing factory. Chairman Li said, the development pattern and the establishment of the 85-million-ton ore dressing factory of CITIC Limited serve as a good reference to the future development of our Group and the Dataigou mining industry.
In the visit, Chairman Li and his party also visited the blasting research center of Orica, and discussed the design and feasibility research report of Dataigou mine.
It is reported that, since this year, the development of Dataigou mine will be accelerated. In order to borrow advanced experience from abroad and build the Dataigou mine into the world's first-class mine featuring "mass production, mechanization, automation and digitalization", Chairman Li made multiple visits to countries in North Europe, North America and Australia. As the global giant in iron ore supply, Australia has accumulated a wealth of experience in mine design and development. This visit aims to study the advanced technology of mine design and construction in Australia, and seek for opportunities to cooperate with renowned Australian companies.
