Visit the Grand Front Osaka

From March 7 to 10, 2014, senior executives of Glory Harvest Real Estate Co., Ltd. and strategic partners, led by Group Chairman Li Weibo, visited Singapore and Japan, and had a 3-day visit to 4 representative commercial complexes.

Chairman Li and his party visited the Namba Park in Osaka, Canal City in Hakata and the latest urban complex Grand Front Osaka. During the visit, Chairman Li emphasized, "Do not let go of every tiny detail and corner". Led by the leaders, the party had detailed observation and vigorous discussion with no sign of fatigue after a long journey. The three projects are representative urban complexes in Japan: Namba Parks is an urban complex defined as urban park, and strikes a balance between the urban prosperity and natural harmony using the symbolic warm-color stones to fit in with landscape architecture consisting of canyon, streams and roof parks. The canal city uses the canal as the axis and theme, and the dedicated water show theatre of the Shiki Theatre Company as the central node, with about 140 franchise houses crossing by. The Grand Front Osaka project with an area of about 70,000 square meters, is a concerted effort between 12 developers and Osaka government, and has since been a landmark several months after its completion.

On March 10, Chairman Li and his party began their visit in Singapore. The destination of the trip to Singapore is the ION Ochard located in Wujie Road of the commercial center and co-developed by Sung Hong Kai and Capitaland. The project was completed in 2009, and was awarded the best shopping mall in the awards ceremony of "MIPIM Asia 2009".

This visit gave the delegation a chance to feel the unique charm and successful points of these representative complex projects, and offered valuable experience for the future real estate projects of Glory Harvest Group. On the other hand, the visit also strengthened the tie between the Group and the strategic partners, and the communication between senior executives enhanced mutual understanding, made the concept of both sides more tightly bound through collision, and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.

The purpose of the visits was to learn from the unique charm and success of these representative urban complexes and apply their successful experience to the future real estate development of Glory Harvest Group. In addition, the joint visits enhanced the connection between Glory Harvest Group and its business partner, deepened the understanding with each other, and promoted agreement on business philosophy and ideas, providing a solid foundation for further cooperation in the future.
