11/16, Glory Harvest Group chairman Li Weibo lead senior management, project leaders and related personnel of Glory Harvest on a tour of the Park Lane Harbour Project, receiving a warm welcome from leaders of China Resources Coastal (Huizhou) Development Co., Ltd.

Park Lane Harbour Project general manager Wang Weixing gave a brief introduction on China Resources Land's development process, followed by a detailed explanation on the overall plan of the Park Lane Harbour Project, its development direction, and its residential unit designs among other things, then he brought everyone to the location of the project to explain things on-site. During the tour, Glory Harvest Properties personnel maintained communications with workers from China Resources Land, and chairman Li gave his own opinions and suggestions on the residential unit designs of Park Lane Harbour.

The Park Lane Harbour Project will occupy a total area of 1,770,000 square meters, with 2,700,000 square meters of building floor surface area planned out and a total investment of approximately 18 Billion RMB. It is located in Shenzhen's East Xia Yong Park Lane Harbour, which is about an hour-long car ride from the China Resources' Wanxiang City in Shenzhen. The China Resource's Park Lane Harbour Project will be constructed as a high-quality coastal vacation second-home residential complex that will integrate luxury housing, an international five-star vacation hotel, a China Resources college, an international school and coastal businesses, and we will work hard to make this "Guangdong's No. 1 Harbour".

After the tour, the group of workers from Glory Harvest Properties made a summary and shared their experiences with this event, saying that they actively drew lessons from the experience of China Resources, and that they will take what they learned from this and incorporate it into their work.
