The Glory Harvest Football Team was formed on December 27th. The team is made up of 25 players from various departments of the Group's headquarters and its subsidiaries. Lihui Guan, the director of the group's human resource department was elected the team leader and Xiang Hu from real estate department was elected the team captain. As part of group’s plan to promote fitness, communication and teamwork within the organization, the preparation of the football team has begun since November. Prior to this, the group arranged swimming, badminton, table tennis and other sports activities for employees at the Shenzhen Gymnasium. Chairman Li’s next step is establish a sailing team and a basketball team to encourage an excellent corporate culture of unity and competition.
