On the afternoon of September 5, the Third Session of the First Council Meeting of the Hua Club Eco-Foundation was held at the conference hall of Hua Club Eco-Foundation for board of directors. Members of the council including Chairman of Glory Harvest Group Mr Li Weibo attended the meeting, and relevant personnel including the legal advisor and financial advisor of the Hua Club Eco-Foundation were also present. The convening procedure, number of council members present and voting manner of the meeting were in accordance with stipulations of the bylaws of the Foundation, and the meeting was legally effective. 

In terms of the re-election, the council members present in the meeting unanimously voted to appoint Mr. Zheng Fan as the President and Fang Yiling as Secretary of the Foundation, add Liu Zepeng as the Honorary President and Chen Faxiang as the council member of Foundation, and transfer Liu Xiaofang from Secretary to council member of the Foundation. Afterwards, attendees at the meeting listened to the work report following the last council meeting of Hua Club Eco-Foundation, and approved the financial report and special auditor's report in 2013. In addition, project personnel of World Wildlife Fund (WWF) presented the conclusion report on three projects launched in collaboration with the Foundation. 

It is reported that Hua Club Eco-Foundation received a donation of 6.34 million Yuan from last November to this September, which will be entirely used for public welfare projects of Hua Club Eco-Foundation to benefit eco-environmental protection. President of the Foundation Mr. Zheng Fan emphasized that Hua Club Eco-Foundation will launch various forms of operative approaches and eco-environmental protection education training to promote the public spirit and strive to be an institution of public interest with sustained growth.
