A delegation led by chairman Weibo Li and joined by over 40 Glory Harvest’s employees participated in a study tour to Huawei and Ping An Financial Training Institute on November 23 and 24.

The delegation visited Huawei’s demonstration center, data center and the corporate university, which presents Huawei's latest achievements in the global mobile communications industry and cloud computing. The delegation also got a chance to experience Huawei's newly developed video conferencing system and was impressed by Huawei's development history and corporate culture. In the afternoon, the delegation visited the Ping An History Museum and Ping An Financial Training Institute.

In the morning of November 24, Chairman Li hosted a meeting to encourage participants to share their opinions about the challenges and chances faced by Glory Harvest based on their learning experience at Ping An and Huawei.

The study tour allows its participants to witness the strong corporate culture and the advanced management principles of Huawei and Ping An and encourages them to rethink about Glory Harvest’s future strategies.
