Recently, Glory Harvest Group entered into an agreement with Towers Watson, a global leading consulting company, and officially started the Post & Salary/Welfare System Consultancy Project. The Project includes three modules which are post system optimization, salary system optimization and welfare system design. The Job Grading Tree, Report on Salary System Optimization, Advices on Long-Term Incentive Scheme and Welfare System Framework Design would be issued.
As a significant part of the Group's basic management project, the Consultancy Project is expected to play an important role in raising employees' salary and welfare and building a good employer image and optimizing the management system, thus attracting more outstanding talents for Glory Harvest Group.
