On February 23, representatives from Glory Harvest Group including Mr. Li Guocheng, Director of the HR & Administration Department, Chairman Assistant Ms. Zhao Qianxia and Ms. Chen Yuan of the HR & Administration Department visited the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The representatives made business negotiations with Professor Li Jinhan, Director of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK, Doctor Wen Zhenchang, Counselor Wu Yiheng and Ms. Hu Siling about university-enterprise cooperation on cultivation of hotel management talents. 

During the meeting with Director Li Jinhan and other representatives of the School, Director Li Guocheng made an introduction to the development profile, four core business sectors, social responsibility and corporate culture of Glory Harvest Group. And Ms. Zhao Qianxia introduced the hotel business of the Group. According to Ms. Zhao, the Group's hotel sector mainly focused on developing starred and deluxe hotels, boutique spa hotels, and business chain hotels. The boutique spa hotel Zense Hotel had been operating for nearly five years, the business chain hotel Zense Inn was opening soon, and the starred and deluxe hotel was under construction. Ms. Zhao said that Glory Harvest Group would strive to expand its hotel business sector via a capital platform and an involvement of top hotel management teams and talents. 

Director Li Jinhan introduced the scale, management philosophy, and characteristics and goals of talent cultivation of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK. He also talked about the requirement on the quality and ability of employees for the hotel and service industry. 

Later, the two parties discussed about the cultivation of hotel management talents and the researches of hotel industry. "The School of Hotel and Tourism Management, CUHK has rich experience in running training courses for enterprises", said Director Li Jinhan. "We will formulate a timely training scheme according to Zense Inn's trainee information and specific training requirements and implement it after Zense Inn's approval." 

Director Li showed Mr. Li Guocheng and other representatives of the Group to the student training base of the School. He made an introduction to the restaurant, kitchen, liquor, and hotel management system in the training base. 

On behalf of Chairman Li Weibo, Mr. Li Guocheng invited Director Li Jinhan to visit Glory Harvest Group, and Director Li Jinhan happily accepted the invitation. Both parties agreed to continue to keep close contact with each other.
