Chairman Li introduces to Director General Wu the social honors he has obtained
In the afternoon of January 1, the start of the year of the dragon, Director General of the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs made a survey to the Group headquarters on the introduction of high-level talents in international mining industry. Chairman Li Weibo and CEO Zhu Weili warmly welcomed the guests.
Chairman Li Weibo showed the guest the headquarters office, gave an introduction on the group's development history and operation state with special focus to the preliminary preparation of Dataigou iron ore mine. Chairman Li said: Dataigou iron ore mine has great development potential and is of great significance to the national economic development. In order to build Dataigou iron ore mine into the world's leading underground mine as early as possible, the group sets the development concept of "mass production, mechanization, automation and digitalization". However, the domestic talent and technology reserve fails to cater to the needs for the development of Dataigou iron ore mine. Therefore, the only solution is to carry out technology exchange with international mine and introduce talents.
Director General Wu Yiwen fully recognized the development concept for Dataigou iron ore mine. He expressed that as the department that serves and manages the high-level overseas talents, the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs will give full support to the development of Dataigou iron ore mine. First of all, a through-train window will be built up to handle various certificates affairs of overseas talents inside the Group. Second, facilitate the visit of higher authority to the Group to make the development of Dataigou iron ore mine possess a national strategy level. Third, make use of the Conference on International Exchange of Professionals, expand the international renown of Dataigou iron ore mine, and actively carry out the introduction of high-level managerial and technical talents on international mine. Fourth, create favorable conditions, and strive to make the Group qualified for the exemplary agency in the introduction of international talents, so as to win financial and policy support.
