In order to accelerate the pace of urban renewal work of Zhubian New Village, Luohu District and enhance the understanding of the owners of the Group's strengths and corporate culture, on August 27, the Group's Urban Renewal Office of Zhubian region organized the owners of Zhubian New Village to visit the Group headquarters office and the subsidiary property. The event was mainly targeted for owners that have not signed the power of attorney with the Group.  

In the early morning, project manager Mr. Xue Zhenxuan took the lead, and sent out invitations to owners of Zhubian New Village household by household. To ensure the smooth launch of the visit, the staff of the Urban Renewal Office considerately prepared comfortable bus, drinking water and breakfast such as bread and milk in advance. 
At 9:00 am, the delegation set out from the Urban Renewal Office on time. The delegation visited the subsidiary properties of the Group such as the Future Age, Hantang Street, Fuerda Industrial Park and Shenzhen Yiwu Small Commodity Wholesale City. In the afternoon, in the Group's headquarters office, owners became very interested in the properties and subsidiaries of the Group. They visited the publicity poster of the Group and presentation about the personal honor and social contribution of Chairman Li Weibo with great interest.  

As the final session, in section A of Zense SPA, the staff of the Urban Renewal Office and the owners gathered together. They intently listened to Mr. Liu Zheng's presentation about this renewal project and Group's strengths. The owners of Zhubian New Village also took part in the exciting lucky draw held in the Office while enjoying the SPA treatment. With tokens of luck, cash awards including a 3,000 yuan cash award were sent out. For the purpose of marketing, the winning rate of this lucky draw is 100%, and all guests present took home awards. 

Owners of the Zhubian New Village thanked Urban Renewal Office for organizing this visit, and expressed their awe at the Group's strengths. They said the biggest concern about the renewal is whether the host enterprise had the ability and the responsibility. This considerate and wonderful visit eliminated their suspicions. "Place the renewal work into the hands of such a strong and responsible enterprise, we feel assured," said an owner. 

The renewal project of Luohu Zhubian region includes Zhubian New Village, Cellon residential building, Mingdu Building, Zhubian Building and the residential building of Commodities Bureau, and covers an approximately 40,000 square meters. According to the staff of Urban Renewal Office, more than 50% owners and companies have signed Urban Renewal Power of Attorney. The figure could rise to 70% after this visit.
