On January 11, Glory Harvest Group’s “Salary System Reform Mobilization Meeting” was held in the training room of its headquarters. The department heads of the group headquarters and the heads and human resource personnel of all subsidiaries attended the meeting. Liu Zheng, the COO of the group, presided over the meeting. Li Weibo, the chairman and president of Glory Harvest Group, and Zhang Yanlei, the director of the Compensation Committee, each delivered important speeches at the meeting.
Chairman Li Weibo acknowledged the report on the salary system reform made by Director Zhang Yanlei and put forward three requirements on the salary adjustment work – “objective evaluation”, “frank communication”, and “in-depth management”. “In the future, Glory Harvest Group will attract more talent without sticking to one pattern and will overcome all difficulties to carry reform through to the end,” said Chairman Li Weibo.
