Delegation of GHG Visits Ping'an School of Financial Services for Training

From September 20 to 22, Glory Harvest Group held the 2014 GHG Reserve Cadres Orientation Briefing and GHG Strategy Seminar in Shenzhen Ping'an School of Financial Services. The number of attendees at this activity reached more than 80 persons including Group Chairman Li Weibo, COO Liu Zheng, senior management, business backbone, and the 2014 GHG reserve cadres.  In the 2014 GHG Reserve Cadres Orientation Briefing, 35 fresh graduates from all over China reported on their feelings and experience of the 2-month training. Chairman Li emphasized that the purpose of the training was to form a unified style of thinking and concept between the new employees, and to learn from Ping'an School of Financial Services on talents cultivation to promote the development of the University of Glory Harvest Group. Group COO Liu Zheng and the General Manager Mr. Zhang of Benxi Dataigou Mining Co., Ltd. also made their respective comments on the reports given by the reserve cadres.  Mr. Huang Xinshan, Chairman and CEO of Shenzhen Huayang ICT Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Mr. Zhang, General Manager of Benxi Dataigou Mining Co., Ltd. made speeches at the meeting. Mr. Huang Xinshan said that in the mobile Internet era, each employee should have an Internet mindset. He further analyzed the key point of Internet thinking in the new era, and explained how to use an Internet mindset to transform traditional enterprises. Mr. Zhang expressed his attitude toward "human" in corporate management. According to Mr. Zhang, a corporation should train employees to become persons who are innovative, honest, hard working, time keeping, and self-disciplined, who know how to manage others, allocate human resources and coordinate things, and who are of high standards towards themselves and others.  One of the 2014 reserve cadres is giving an orientation report  The Orientation Briefing is a method for evaluating the performance of new employees. Also, it offers an opportunity for the University of Glory Harvest Group to explore a better way of training reserve cadres for the Group. Along with the business growth, training employees and building a team of talents is a must for the Group. The GHG Strategy Seminar & Strategic Management Practice Training course lasted for two days. Doctor Jinag Weiliang shared his classic strategic management cases, and explained the methods and measures of formulating and implementing corporate strategies. These methods and measures included ansoff model, SPAN and FAN analyses, analysis of the customer purchase standards of $APPEALS and the BSC strategy map. The trainees practiced the newly learned skills on site by formulating, rendering and implementing strategies for the hospitality and real estate business sectors of Glory Harvest Group. 
A team discussing strategic planning of the group  So far, Glory Harvest Group's business scope covers mining, real estate, hospitality and tobacco. With a non-stop expansion of its scale and business scope, Glory Harvest Group is expected to enter into hi-tech areas such as mobile Internet, cloud packaging and wireless charging in the future. By sorting out the Group's strategies and ascertaining its business orientations, Glory Harvest Group found new insights in appropriately allocating human resources, equipment and financial resources and in playing an active market role.  This training was jointly hosted by the HR & Administration Department of the Group and the University of Glory Harvest Group. After the training, the employees of Glory Harvest Group visited the Historical Museum of Ping'an School of Financial Services.
