On November 4 to 5, 2010, a delegation of 11 persons including Mr. Song Guo, Governor and Party Committee Secretary of Xiangkhouang Province and officials of the Finance Department, Investment Department and Transportation Department of Xiangkhouang Province, Laos visited Shenzhen. The delegation stayed at Glory Harvest Group's subsidiary Zense Hotel, and was warmly welcomed by Ms. Zhu Weili, President of Glory Harvest Group, and Mr. Li Zhonghua, Chairman and General Manager of Victory Go Group. 

In the morning of November 5, 2010, the delegation visited the Pingshan New District of Shenzhen and attended the Shenzhen Thirty-Year Achievements Exhibition. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Wang Weixiong, Director of the Economic Services Bureau of Pingshan New District. Director Wang made an introduction to the development situation and the development plan of Pingshan New District and showed them around the District. Mr. Song Guo, Governor of Xiangkhouang as well as head of the delegation, introduced the development of Xiangkhouang Province. Mr. Song was astonished at Shenzhen's development pace, and said he would learn from Shenzhen in respect of economic development and urban planning. After that, the delegation attended the Shenzhen Thirty-Year Achievements Exhibition. 

In the afternoon of November 5, 2010, Chairman Li Weibo accompanied the delegation to the office area of Glory Harvest Group and introduced the development of the Group. According to Chairman Li, Victory Go Group, a subsidiary of Glory Harvest Group, would increase its investment in tobacco in Xiangkhouang Province, Laos. Mr. Song Guo was deeply impressed by Chairman Li's introduction and acknowledged the overall strength of Glory Harvest Group. Mr. Song Guo said that he fully supported Victory Go's development in Xiangkhouang Province. 

This visit paid way for Victory Go's implementation of subsequent projects in Xiangkhouang Province and further cooperation between the two parties to reach a win-win situation.
