Glory Harvest Real Estate and Sailong Industry Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to work together on the urban renewal project in Zhubian and the signing ceremony was held at Zense Hotel, featuring the management team of the Luohu Dongmen Office, Luoling Sub-District Work Station and Huizhou Office in Shenzhen, Sailong’s board of directors led by Chairman Ms. Xiaoying Zhang and all members of Sailong’s board of supervisors.

The ceremony started at 10 am when Glory Harvest’s president Ms Weili Zhu express her warm welcome to the guests in her speech. She said, thanks to the support from our proprietors, Glory Harvest Real Estate will be able to transform Zhubian sub-district to an urban landmark with boutique commercial and residential properties by relying on the group’s outstanding business strengths and adopting world-class planning and design concepts.

An official from Dongmen Sub-district Office said the cooperation between Glory Harvest and Sailong would greatly improve the living standards of the residents in Zhubian, allow more space for urban development in Dongmen, and significantly transform and optimize Luohu District.

Ms. Zhang  said based on months of discussion with Glory Harvest , Sailong is looking forward to Glory Harvest's incoming urban complex and is very confident in the urban renewal project in Zhubian. Ms. Zhang also expressed her best wishes to the cooperation.

Mr. Weibo Li,  the chairman of Glory Harvest and Ms. Zhang signed the Urban Renewal LOI at 11 am.

Sailong possesses approximately 25,000 sqm residential and commercial estate in Zhubian. The agreement between Sailong and Glory Harvest will dramatically promote the renewal project. Glory Harvest will next work on filing the project with the local government for approval.
