Glory Harvest Real Estate signed the Demolition Compensation Resettlement Agreement with Kanghesheng on December 7, which makes the total percentage of signed proprietors reach 40%, covering 70% of floor area. The signing ceremony attracted over 100 attendees, including officials from Futian District Urban Renewal Authority (URA) and Meilin Sub-district Office, Kanghesheng’s chairman Mr. Xinjian Jing, senior executives of Glory Harvest, and proprietor representatives.

Kanghesheng Industry Co., Ltd. is the second largest proprietor in the Dongmei sub-district, owning 89 properties with an approximate floor area of 3,700 sqm. Since the agreement was ready on September 1, Kanghesheng has been closely working with Glory Harvest to promote Melin’s urban renewal project and both parties have finally come into an agreement, which were signed by Mr Zhan Liu, the general manager of Glory Harvest, and Mr Xinjian Jing, the chairman of Kanghesheng.

Mr. Liu explained the significance of the  signed agreement and present the proposal of Melin’s urban renewal project. Glory Harvest is committed to establishing a brand-new urban complex in Meilin, offering properties with better quality and higher economic efficiency. Mr. Jin described the necessity of the project as an expectation from the proprietors, a confidence in Glory Harvest’s capability and a perspective of a brand new Meilin. Mr. Jing said he is confident to hand over his 89 properties and their proprietors to Glory Harvest, a reliable and competent organization.

The officials of Futian District URA and Meilin Sub-district Office expressed their confidence in the Meilin Project in recognition of the achievements by Glory Harvest. They believed the renewal project would improve the living standards and the economic development of the local community.

A lottery raffle was held after the signing ceremony in appreciation for proprietors’ support. The prizes included 10,000 yuan in cash, LED TV, DSLR Camera and iPad Mini. Besides these, all attendees have received a lucky award.
