On October 22, seven representatives from Shihuiwei Village visited Glory Harvest Group and were warmly welcomed by the senior management team including Mr. Zheng Liu, General Manager of Glory Harvest Real Estate.

Mr. Liu briefly introduced the current position and future perspectives of Glory Harvest Group and took the visitors for a short office tour. Mr. Liu then present the initial plan of company’s renewal project in Pingdi Sub-district in Longgang and future landscape of the completed project. In response to the villagers' concerns about the company’s capability and social responsibility in implementing the project, Mr. Liu indicated Glory Harvest Group has significant business strengths and the company has thoroughly and carefully assessed every single renewal project to ensure they will be successfully completed.

The villager representatives' visit enhanced their understanding of Glory Harvest Group, enabled better communications between the residents and the Group, and promoted better cooperation on the old town reconstruction project in Pingdi Sub-district. The head of Shihuiwei Village acknowledged the cooperation sincerity of Glory Harvest Group and the Group's strength, and was supportive to feasible cooperation in the future. This visit would surely help Glory Harvest Real Estate to successfully sign reconstruction agreements with the villagers.

This visit is aiming to promote a better understanding of Glory Harvest Group among the village and improve the communication between the local residents and the company so both parties could jointly work on the renewal project. The village head expressed his confidence in the company’s capability and support for any potential corporations.
