In recognition of Mr. Li’s support and contributions to Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Shenzhen Research Institute, the institute’s newly constructed building is named Li Weibo Building. The ceremony was held yesterday in Nanshan Virtualization Technology Park. CUHK received a HKD $ 30M grant from Mr. Li, which was used to fund the growth of the university. The newly constructed building is 25,000 square meters across nine floors.
