Onsite Pre-Placement Talk
On May 23, 2014, a visit to Guilin Institute of Tourism in Guangxi Province to attend its annual Campus Placement was made by a recruitment team including Liu Zheng, General Manager of Zense Hotel Group Management Limited, Liu Haiqing, General Manager of Zense Hotel Co., Ltd., Guan Lihui, Group Director of Human Resources and Administration, the Group Manager of Human Resources and the HR Manager of Zense Hotel. After several rounds of interviews, the interviewers selected 11 outstanding fresh graduates and signed employment contracts with them.
Some 150 companies attended the Campus Placement. With its business strength and effective advertisements, Glory Harvest Group attracted many applicants to its recruitment booth in the fierce competition against other companies. After a strict selection process, the recruitment team invited a total of more than 30 students to attend the Pre-Placement Talk and the second-round interview in the afternoon. Apart from the regular procedures like playing Group introduction films and PPTs, the recruitment team held new kinds of interviews (one to one, many to one or many to many). This kind of interview can, for the time being, be called new half-structured interview by which the recruitment team raises questions during the Pre-Placement Talk to test students.
Glory Harvest Group pays campus visits all around China for recruitment purpose each year. The purpose of this visit to Guilin was to recruit talents for the Group's subsidiary Zense Hotel and to add a new force for its going public in the future.
