Newcomer New Impetus New Look

Carrying backpacks, bidding farewell to campus life, all 2012 graduates, our new colleagues, embark on a brand-new Glory Harvest journey where their beautiful dreams will come true.

Internal employees are easily subject to "herd mentality" and form bad working habits that long exist in the company. What's worse, "nepotism" may also appear in human resource arrangement. Some companies do nothing to improve the situation and transform internal management, throwing themselves into a backwater. Consequently, to ensure sustainable operation and steady growth, we must shatter insular and exclusive patterns of recruitment and introduce new talents from outside the company to make newcomers and old staff complementary in professional competence, thinking mode, and career background. This will in turn create an orderly competitive environment where all employees have crisis awareness. The concept is the so-called "catfish effect" in management science.

As the saying goes, "On a piece of white paper, one can draw the newest and most beautiful picture." These newcomers, who come from different universities with different professional background and regional culture, are less fettered by traditional ideology. They are like new-born calves that are not afraid of tigers, and infuse new blood to Glory Harvest Group's values, concepts and methods. They play a vital role in refreshing the long-standing outdated concepts and introducing a novel and bold perspective. Transplanted with these innovative and dynamic DNAs, Glory Harvest Group may reap an unexpected harvest in the near future.

At present, in terms of business operation, Glory Harvest Group is in a significant period of strategic opportunity. Our company is making great strides in the four focal business sectors, namely, real estate, hotel, mining, and tobacco. In terms of internal management, Glory Harvest Group is building the strategic control system in a meticulous way. The position system and compensation system are also under orderly implementation. The formulation of our grandiose trans-century blueprint depends on concerted efforts and persevering devotion of all managers and employees including newcomers.

Shouldering such a grand mission, we must rise up to challenges courageously for a brighter future. We can compare the newcomers to seedlings.
