April 28th: Mr. Luo Zhiwei, Party Working Committee Secretary and Office Director for Dongmen Street, Luohu, went together with Glory Harvest Group Administration Department Manager, Mr. Zhang Zhi, to visit local residents in difficulty; these citizens are currently receiving charitable assistance from Group Chairman Li Weibo. It is understood that in December last year, President Li generously donated one million yuan in aid for nearly 100 poor residents of Dongmen Street, Luohu District. Chairman Li’s charitable donations have led to notable improvements in local living conditions.

During the door-to-door visits on that day, the word that could be heard the most was "Gratitude". Old Mrs. Han Libo came to Shenzhen as a young lady in order to marry. Now blind in both eyes, when hearing of the Glory Harvest Group visit, she was very eager to say, "We thank our benefactor, Li Weibo! We thank our benefactor, Li Weibo!“ The donations made every quarter helped to alleviate the suffering caused by various diseases to elderly people living alone, and returned a smile to their faces. Single mother Chen Xiaoyun was close to tears on several occasions as she talked about the hardships of life. She said the money raised by Chairman Li allowed her and her daughter to feel the warmth of human kindness. She and the residents of the street had a nice chat, often mentioning the help their "Good Samaritan Li” had given them. During this brief half-day visit, which encompassed six family house-calls, so many words of gratitude were heard, and everyone was deeply impressed by Chairman Li Wei Bo, and how his donations have changed the lives of residents.  

During the visit, Secretary Luo Zhiwei expressed admiration for Chairman Li Weibo on numerous occasions, and spoke highly of his dedication to the public welfare of Dongmen Street residents. He also passed on Chairman Li’s best wishes and goodwill to every household he visited, along with Glory Harvest Group Administration Department Manager Zhang Zhi. Together they conveyed Chairman Li’s standpoint and sustained attention to disadvantaged groups in the local area. It is understood that President Li Weibo talks of the disadvantaged residents in Luohu District time and again, and has organized his employees to participate in charitable activities and arrange donations, in order to pass along the love.
