Fulfill Glory Harvest Dream at Corporate University

The first sentence "The gentleman says: Learning should never cease." in An Exhortation to Learning written by Xunzi uncovers the truth that learning is an endless journey. Knowledge is updated with each passing day, which cements the crucial significance of lifelong learning for both employees and enterprises. Currently employees' learning status is tightly related with lifeblood of enterprises. As a result, more and more enterprises are putting on the agenda the issues of establishing a learning platform for themselves and employees.

I once said that entrepreneurship does not exist for its own benefit. Enterprises are talent incubators of themselves, society, and the whole nation. Upholding this concept, I set up Glory Harvest University on October 30 this year. Apart from carrying out enterprise trainings to cater to future growth demands, Glory Harvest University aims to develop employees' comprehensive abilities in an all-round way. Through this platform, employees can "Work in study, and study in work", and grow up together with the company.

To better cater to the company's growth demands, we incorporate our development strategies, corporate culture, operation philosophy, and business development in the curriculum. We will continue to tailor a professional mechanism of training and management and a standard curriculum system, and intensify professional quality of teaching staff. In addition to functional schools, Glory Harvest University will establish independent schools managed by four focal business sectors separately to cultivate professional talents. On the one hand, it achieves the company's sustainable growth and develops core competitiveness, thus helping the company constantly adapt to strategy adjustments. On the other, it realizes employees' ideal of lifelong learning while creating values for company.

As President Xi proposed "China Dream", I also have my Glory Harvest Dream. Glory Harvest University will set up a systematic training mode and cultivate professional talents, thus fueling the dream of possessing over 200 billion assets. Apart from enterprise assets and profit, Glory Harvest Dream also incorporates lifelong learning. Glory Harvest University is projecting a platform where employees can become lifelong learners. This in turn will help the company shoulder social responsibilities and realize people-orientation. Let's make joint efforts to fulfill Glory Harvest Dream at Glory Harvest University.
