“Thanks to the compassion of Chairman Li and Zense Hotel staff, I can ask everyone to relax, as I will definitely be returning to work soon!” On 11 April, Zense Hotel employee She Guiqing, who is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in Shanghai, warmly shook the hands of Zense Hotel managers who had come to offer their support, and was moved to tears.  Since joining the hotel in 2007, She Guiqing had risen from the lowest level positions to department manager, and had proven both diligent and earnest in his work, as well as stoic and enduring, obtaining the approval of both colleagues and guests. At the start of March this year however, he was diagnosed with liver cancer, gall stones in his pancreas, and diabetes. He was in desperate of a liver transplant, yet the huge surgery costs were insupportable for his family. It was precisely at this desperate impasse that the Glory Harvest Group chairman Mr. Li Weibo personally donated 50,000 yuan towards his medical treatment, as well as called upon other hotel staff to make a contribution as well. Within a single week, more than 600 hotel employees made donations for him of their own accord, raising over 85,000 yuan. On 11 April, chairman Li sent three hotel representatives to visit She Guiqing in Shanghai, conveying everyone’s concern, as well as personally delivering the donations raised.    She Guiqing stated that the compassion of Chairman Li and his colleagues had given him the confidence and courage to battle the disease, and that he certainly felt more positive about his medical treatment. He will strive to recover and make a return to work as soon as possible.
