The launching ceremony of outward bound training of Zense Hotel management teams, the subsidiary company of GHG, was held on December 23. As an important course of the School of Hotel, the outward bound training significantly contributes to team cohesiveness, executive force, mental attitude, and passion for work.

On the launching ceremony, Mr. Liu Zheng, General Manager of Hotel Management Group, officially presented a flag to Mr. Liu Haiqing, General Manager of Zense Hotel. Mr. Liu Haiqing waved the flag to accept the task, which marked the official opening of the outward bound training of School of Hotel. The outward bound training was held at Shuanglong Ecological Base in two batches and composed of eight programs in total. After two days and one night's learning, and with the joint efforts of all members, the outward bound training named "Transformed and Reborn" came to a successful end. The trainees completed all the tasks and graduated successfully.

After the outward bound training, Mr. Wang Piwei, Vice Principal of Glory Harvest University, hosted a wrap-up meeting. On the meeting, two team leaders analyzed the training outcomes, and shared their training experience. Team members also voiced their opinions actively. Mr. Xu Jinhai, General Manager of the Department of Personnel Administration of the hotel, led all participants to learn Final Report on the Outward bound training Outcomes of Zense Hotel Management Teams. Other than that, Mr. Liu Haiqing, General Manager of Zense Hotel, delivered a twenty-minute final report. In the report, Liu summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the training, and advocated the concept of "Happy work, happy life".

Since the startup of Glory Harvest University on October 30, the construction work has been carried out vigorously. The outward bound training of Zense Hotel management teams held by the School of Hotel marks an important beginning of the construction of Glory Harvest University's trainings and curriculum systems. It will lay a firm foundation and offer vital guidance for the subsequent work.
