From September 20 to22, 2014, the Report Meeting on the Induction Training for GHG Reserve Cadres and GHG Strategy Seminar are held in Ping An School of Financial Services, Shenzhen. More than 80 people attended this report meeting including Chairman Li Weibo, COO Liu Zheng, executives and business backbones from all sectors and subsidiary corporations, as well as 2014 reserve cadres.
During the Report Meeting of the Induction Training, 35 fresh graduates from different colleges and universities nationwide summarized their training experience over the past two months and reported their summary. Chairman Li highlighted that training was carried out to unify languages and thoughts among new employees. Meanwhile, by choosing Ping An University as the meeting location, Li hopes Glory Harvest Group (GHG) can learn from Ping An university, promote the development of Glory Harvest University, and cultivate its own talents. At the meeting, Liu Zheng, COO of the Group, and Mr. Zhang, General Manager of Benxi DTG Mining Co., Ltd., made comments respectively on the reports of reserve cadres.

At the meeting, Mr. Huang Xinshan, Chairman and CEO of Shenzhen Huayang Xintong Technology CO., LTD., and Mr. Zhang, General Manager of Benxi DTG Mining Co., Ltd., delivered speeches respectively. Huang Xinshan stressed that employees should possess Internet thinking in the mobile Internet era. Huang analyzed the key point of Internet thinking in the new era and how to transform a traditional enterprise by leveraging Internet thinking. Mr. Zhang shared several thoughts about "talents" in corporate management. According to Zhang, a company should spare no efforts to cultivate talents who are innovative, honest, hardworking, cooperative, self-disciplined, and who adept at management and employment, highly value time, know about politics, and set high standards for themselves.

Glory Harvest University arranged reports on induction training intending to assess the newly employed staff and to explore the pattern of reserve cadre training simultaneously. With the development of corporate business, it is an inevitable course to cultivate talents and build talent pools. The speeches delivered by Mr. Zhang and Mr. Huang Xinshan brought us more thoughts about the key point of talents cultivation and the acquisition of Internet thinking in the mobile Internet era. His words also offer a wider margin of thoughts about the advancement with the times and innovation for employees.
GHG Strategy Seminar and Practical Training of Strategic Management lasted for two days. Doctor Jiang Weiliang shared some typical cases of strategic management conducted by himself. Jiang explained the methods and measures of promoting a corporate strategy from formulation to implementation in detail, which include Ansoff model, analysis methods of SPAN and FAN, $APPEALS, and BSC Strategy Map. New employees applied what they learned to the actual situations, and practiced formulating, decomposing, and implementing strategies at the examples of the hotel sector and the real estate sector of the Group.
GHG has extended its business reach to mining, real estate, hotel, and tobacco. With the continuous expansion of the Group's scale and development of business, GHG will make inroads into high-tech fields including mobile Internet, cloud packaging, and wireless charging in the future. The summary of corporate strategies and further confirmation of development directions are of vital significance for allocating human resources, material resources, and financial resources, and winning market initiative.
The training was jointly held by Department of Personnel Administration of GHG and Glory Harvest University. After the training, GHG employees visited the history museum of Ping An School of Financial Services.
